Shonna holds the position of President at White Rose Settlement Services and was founding partner when the company opened in July, 1996. She is a licensed title agent and has been in the title industry since 1992. Shonna is responsible for the marketing of White Rose Settlements Services and performing settlements. A graduate of West York Area High School and Hagerstown Business College, she graduated magna cum laude. She holds an Associates of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies. She is involved in several organizations and clubs. Shonna serves on the Board of the York County Builders Association and the Pennsylvania Builders Association. She was President of the Charter Year of the Women’s Council of The York County Builders Association, is a Board Member of the RAYAC Foundation, and serves on many committees for the Realtors Association of York & Adams Counties. Shonna is also a past Board Member of the Pennsylvania Association of Mortgage Brokers and the Out Door Country Club, volunteers with the Children’s Home of York and Junior Achievement, as well as her church. In her spare time Shonna enjoys time at the beach, reading and spending time with family and friends.
A founding partner in White Rose Settlement Services, Andy is a graduate of Dallastown Area High School, received his Bachelors degree from the American University and his Law degree from the Catholic University. Andy began practicing law in 1988 and is a partner with Anstine & Sparler. Andy’s law practice concentrates on civil litigation with an emphasis in family law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, York County Bar Association and was former chairperson of the family law section of York County Builders Association. Andy is available to answer any client questions.
Bill is our comptroller and human resource director. He joined our team in November, 2000. Bill has received his Professional in Human Resources Certification, Master of Education from Penn State Harrisburg and Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Mt. St. Mary’s College. He is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and the American Philatelic Society. Bill enjoys stamp collecting and golfing and lives in Mountville with his wife.
Amanda joined White Rose Settlement Services in January of 2007. She quickly became a great asset as a Settlement Consultant. Prior to her employment with White Rose, she was in the mortgage industry. Amanda processes client files and handles refinance settlements. Amanda volunteers with the golf committee in RAYAC. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, cooking and traveling.
Sharon became a member of the dream team in November, 2006. As receptionist, she is the friendly voice and face of White Rose Settlement Services. Sharon also opens new orders and assists in processing files. Sharon is involved on the City Savvy Committee for RAYAC. She enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her husband and five grandchildren.
Sharon is a settlement officer with over 7 years experience in the real estate industry. She is a York County native, living in Dallastown. Sharon is responsible for underwriting, processing files and performing settlements. She is involved in the Realtors Association and Women Business Center Organization. Sharon enjoys cooking, entertaining and scrapbooking and is an avid dog lover.
With over 17 years experience, Dave performs all of our title searches in York County and has been with White Rose Settlement Services for over 10 years. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Politics. In his spare time, he enjoys following St. Joe’s basketball and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Christy Barbone
Christy joined the White Rose team as the Director of Marketing in January 2012. She previously was a settlement officer/marketing representative in Howard County and Baltimore County, Maryland for nine years. She is a member of the Community Service committee with the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and the RAYAC Golf committee. Christy is a licensed settlement officer and notary public in Pennsylvania and Maryland. She lives in Seven Valleys with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and cooking.
